User Agreement for Fart Sound Mixer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fart Sound Mixer mobile application (the "App") or any related services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement ("Agreement") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Fart Sound Mixer App solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the App or make it available to any third party.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Fart Sound Mixer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement. The app offers an optional one-time purchase to remove ads.

4. App Usage & Disclaimer

The Fart Sound Mixer App is provided for entertainment purposes only. While we aim for maximum fun, users should always be mindful of appropriate usage in social settings and respect the privacy and sensibilities of others. We are not responsible for any misuse of the App by users.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Fart Sound Mixer, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or by us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this Agreement or your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App from your device(s).

7. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new User Agreement. Please review this Agreement periodically for changes.
